What ages are the soft play and bouncy castles for?
Our soft play is designed for babies, toddlers and young children aged 0–5. The bouncy castles suit ages 3–12, with a maximum of 6 children bouncing at a time.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes — soft play and the bouncy castles work indoors or out. Our outdoor booking season runs April to September (weather permitting), and we recommend an indoor alternative in case of unsuitable weather. We’ll advise on space and surfaces when you enquire.
How do I book event tickets?
Stay & play tickets are sold through Luma — you’ll find the booking link on our Events page. Private hire is arranged through the contact form.
Is everything cleaned between hires?
Always. Every piece of equipment is cleaned and checked after each event and each hire, and we carry out safety checks while setting up and packing away.
How do I secure a booking?
To secure your date we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit, a completed booking form and a refundable £50 cleaning deposit. The remainder is due 5 days before your event. Full details on our booking information page.
